ASP.NET C# SQL Server Application

I need to hire an expert ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server programmer to work on an hourly basis. In your bid please include both weekly and monthly rates. This project should take between 40 and 80 hours to complete.

All HTML should be separated from code. All pages should use code-behind. All pages named in lower-case. All HTML must be XHTML compliant. As much as possible, HTML must be formatted using global CSS.

I require DAILY project updates, and DAILY email and IM availability, and frequent communication. An ASP.NET hosting account will be provided for this project. You must post all code once a day for my review. I will be very involved in the project and will be monitoring it closely.

This project is not necessarily complicated, but please provide credentials. I will have more complicated projects in the future, and would like to find a good team to work with.

All project details will be provided when the project bid is accepted. Financial or mortgage related experience is preferred.

Please provide URLs and samples of ASP.NET projects you have completed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
