ASP.NET Swap Tool for Telecom

We have a replicated database from our billing system. Many of our legacy customers have recurring charges assigned to them from a legacy product catalog. We need to swap these charges out and swap in charges from our new product catalog.

To do this, we need an ASP.NET application that allows for products customer records to be viewed, and marked in a seperate database to be swapped out. It also needs to allow products from our product catalog to be marked to be added to lines and customers.

Once this database has been populated with the swap-ins and swap outs, we will need an application to read the database and to generate CSV files in a certain format to be imported into the billing platform.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All code must be fully commented and a data dictionary must be created for the database.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

This will be running on a windows 2000 machine running IIS with .NET framework v 1.1. Accessed using IE 5.5+

The database is SQL Server 2000
