I need a website for Quiz Application in ASP.net and SQL server. Appealing graphics is the main part of this website. The functional requirements are very few.

Important: Use minimum flash. only for graphic purpose.
Very Important: Please do not bid if you are not good at design and graphics. Good looks and user attraction is very important for this site. It would be good if you approve wireframe from me. If i like the design and extra bonus can be given to the selected coder. Images and Logo should be created by the coder.
I need a website with appealing and good graphics. The website will be programmed in ASP.net and SQL server. This is a Quiz Application. Following are the requirements
1) Administrator can add questions and options to the database.
2) Only one answer option will be correct (use radio buttons)
Every question will have a timer configurable from config file. i.e. 1 minute to answer. after the time is complete next question should diplay. When user click on next question button the button should be disable or changed to some message so that user can't click the button twice.
The question pool should be configurable i.e. there could be 10 questions or 15 or 25 questions in the quiz configurable by the admin.
3) Group the Quiz Questions in pools like Country, Sports, Movies etc
4) User can register on the website with simple info like name, country, date of birth, email etc
5) The home page will display the top 3 high score of the day with the picture of the user.
6) There will be a quiz of the week section.
7) User can write blog about quiz with comments section for other users. The blog area should be rich text box with security implimented so that no malicius java script or Bad? HTML code could be written.
8) Blog comments should be approved by administrator
9) Administrator can view website statistics like number of reigister users and? most? clicked pages? (don't use third party control).
10) administrator can block or disable users.
Please pay good attention on graphics and design of the website it should look very professional.
Use ASP.net 2.0. Use master pages. Please do not use webservices. make good use of content areas in master page and make user controls as much as possible.
