Asterisk - Record Dialplan converted to PHPAGI

I'll describe briefly here what this does, but you should really review the dialplan attached to get a better understanding. Basically this dialplan is a working script used to make recordings on our IVR system. It allow an owner to logon, make new messages and play old ones. Which message is played to callers is controlled by a table. Each IVR has 8 message 'bins' numbered 1 - 8 and 4 special bins 90 - 93. An owner can call in and update any bin message and that will be the message heard by the next caller. When a new message is saved, then is several AGI scripts that are called to reset counters and what not that I'd like to incorporate into your script. Please ask questions where you are confused.
