Ad-Aware Application Clone

I am simply looking for a rewrite of Ad-Aware. I prefer it to be written in Visual Basic, you can down load a copy of that product from: [login to view URL] I would like to have the same functionality of this product. User Interface GUI in English, and other languages if possible (German,French,Swedish,dutch and italian) or shall easily be able to accept language packs. Also if the application can be made to accept skins would be better. This Product should be delivered ready to publish and shall include help documentation, and the code has to be heavilly commented.
