We are an electronics company looking for a custom EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) software to be designed which will connect with an electronic cash drawer, wireless receipt printer, barcode scanner. Ideally we are looking for an application that will run on iPads but are open to proposals.
The application needs to be designed to UK accounting standards, including VAT margin schemes etc.
We need the system to be designed in 3 different parts which should be combinable if need be:
1. EPOS system just like an electronic cash register
2. Stock inventory, VAT additions,
3. Branch module so you can check stock from your different branches connected together.
Will be beneficial if you already have a working EPOS system that you have designed in the past and can adapt to our requirements etc.

Additional Modules which we are require:
- Purchasing Module (whereby customers details are stored including detail of item being sold)
We will want the modules to be created in such a manner so that we can remove or add them as per our customers requirements. These modules need to be integrate with each other and the entire system seamlessly.
The epos should be able to work on the new iOS7.
We need to be able to license the software to our customers, it needs to be secure. So we will require some sort of licensing structure in place.
