The software/web portal should be able to take info sent to an email address and take certain info out of the email and put it into the database and show in table format on the website.
Each group of info is linked to a submittable form (this data already filled in when opening the form) with one open field where an card ID number will be entered and submitted.
Once submitted the details of that form and the new ID with the User ID that updated the form should be posted to database and emailed to a specified address.
The system must be able to be run on a Linux hosting environment with PHP and MySQL (standard Hosting environment)
User Control and access permissions
Reports on users (how many users completed forms)
