adit opencart homepage and add additional php pages to site

FOR OPENCART EXPERTS ONLY

I want to edit my opencart homepage [login to view URL] so that it looks like [login to view URL] - this will involve adding all the boxes on the instant commerce homepage to the marketstreet homepage. so it looks the same.

I then need php web pages making for the opencart store so that I can add content from my html site onto these pages easily and using dreamweaver and not having to add content in the opencart admin area.

The overall idea is that I will no longer use the html website and the whole website will be based around opencart using the opencart header and footer on every page so that it all looks the same.

I have no idea how long this will take, but the sooner the better.

I need someone with excellent communication skills who can talk on skype and will not need me to keep making constant lists of work that has not been done, but should have.
