Hello, I have 2,000 emails where I need the contact information that is in the email ( Name, Phone Number, Address, Email) to be put in an Excel Spreadsheet. Since the emails contain forms with U.S. addresses that may be incomplete or may have mistakes, a basic understanding of U.S. address structure will be necessary.
I need the data to be input into an Excel Spreadsheet with the following columns.
Column 1: Last Name
Column 2: First Name and middle name (if any)
Column 3: Street Address
Column 4: City
Column 5: State (using the 2 letter convention Example: Pennsylvania = PA)
Column 6: Zip Code
Column 7: Phone Number
Column 8: Email Address
For example, an email containing this contact info
Name: Gerald M. Berg
Address: 1949 Alton Dr., Miami, Florida, 33139,
Phone Number: 777-777-0242
E-Mail Address: [login to view URL]
Should be input as follows:
Column 1: Berg
Column 2: Gerald M.
Column 3: 1949 Alton Dr.
Column 4: Miami
Column 5: FL
Column 6: 33139
Column 7: 777-777-0242
Column 8: [login to view URL]
Please understand that a large number of the 2,300 emails will have incomplete information (If you can not figure out the mistake, then please leave the appropriate data field blank). Also, there will be many duplicate submissions, there will also be submissions where the first submission is incomplete and the next one is complete. I just ask that you have an understanding of U.S. address structure and that you do your best to make a complete spreadsheet entry. Please note that all states must be converted to the U.S. Postal 2 letter convention if the original email has the complete state name. For Example: Florida = FL, Colorado = CO. etc.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

input data from [login to view URL] file from Outlook Express into an Excel Spreadsheet. The emails are contained in a "[login to view URL]" file from Outlook Express. Please note that there are actually 2,300 emails in the [login to view URL] but about 300 of the emails are blank and have no data and can be skipped. Also, a very small minority of the emails will be from countries outside of the United States. Since some countries have very different address structures, please input emails from Non-US countries in a seperate Excel Spreadsheet. The Non-US emails are not very important so you may just put the whole address line into 1 column field as opposed to seperating the address, city and state, etc.
