Affiliates scheme

**Description

**Development of an affiliate’s scheme where affiliates can register, download graphics and code for inclusion on their sites and also develop software to monitor and record referral registrations on our sites registration page.

We expect to use cookies with a configurable expiry time that can vary affiliate by affiliate.

Prospective affiliates will be able to browse to the affiliates scheme via a link on the our website and from other links, if desired.

Upon registration, an email will be forwarded to the affiliates email address and verification will be required in order to avoid spurious registrations etc.

Upon completion the affiliate will have access to a members area where the following will be available:

Personal details page (with facility to edit details and to resign from scheme)

Resources area (graphics & code details)

Reports area (showing click throughs, registrations, earnings, and payments)

Terms and conditions details

FAQs

Further detailed discussion will be required before job is awarded and we will need to see samples of coders previous work.

Timescales are short for this project and we do not want anyone who cannot deliver quickly.

We have an in-house coder, currently on another project, but who will monitor scheme for quality control etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
