Build a J2ME Add Entry capability for ZeeMaps

We have a web mapping application called ZeeMaps located at [url removed, login to view] are looking to build a mobile component for this application, where a user can add entries through their cell [url removed, login to view]'s the scenario: a user will come to our website and create a map (or multiple maps). Then, when he is roaming around with his phone, he can "Add Markers" to the map. He can also add some text and a picture with the marker. In case the mobile device has GPS, the coordinates for the location will be automatically determined through the GPS. Otherwise, the coordinates will be determined (on the server) using the specified address.?

We will implement the server part of this application. We think this can be done with a one HTTP POST calls from the mobile phone to the server: addMarker(mapid, password, markerName, GPS, address, text, image) -> Success/Failure?

The application will be targetted for all possible J2ME devices, but we will test it on Blackberry 8310 curve. It will be great if the developer can test it on a Symbian/Nokia device.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
