Joomla Based Template Description of Requirements: 1. Basic Overview I need someone who has experience in designing custom Joomla templates. Please bid on the following: Design/Develop a Custom Joomla Template for my Comparison Engine Joomla Component. Bidder will use the full capability of Joomla and CSS to design/develop a Joomla Template. 2. Requirements Detail: A. Template a1) The template must emulate the exact design, layout, and colors of a specific "model site" (url provided ONLY upon bidder's request). a2) Template must make optimum use of Buyer’s Comparison Engine application, which is a simple Joomla component that Buyer will install with every Joomla installation. This component is a proven application and has already been installed with a variety of Joomla templates. a3) The template must make maximum use of the size of the user’s monitor. a4) I must be able to add the Joomla comparison engine component in a standard Joomla 1.0 environment such that creating new Joomla-based sites with this template and comparison engine component is standard and straightforward. Please do not bid if you do not have demonstrable experience in developing custom Joomla templates using Joomla and CSS.

## Deliverables

Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. As Buyer also intends to install and modify Joomla CMS sites expressly using this template, Seller must provide Buyer with a ready-to-install template for installation into a standard Joomla 1.X environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc.)
