Customization of Advanced Guestbook v2.4.1

Hi, I have customised the Advanced Guestbook v2.4.1 on my website but I need to add a feature to it

We are using it to present a list of rental properties and hidden some of the guestbook features.

We now need to add the ability to add more images to each listing (message), idealy we would have up to 6 images per property (but only the first being shown as a thumbnail in the list.

Then, the second feature to add, would be, rather than opening the single image when clicking on the thumbnail, a slightly bigger page would show with all four pictures and possibly the full details of the property also.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

the website is hosted on an unix server with php/mysql etc

I am looking initially for modification of the existing advanced guestbook ( <[url removed, login to view]> ) as most of the work is already done to make this functional on our website.

I am still open to reasonable offers though for a working solution for this job
