completing real estate website - ( wordpress - IDX)

I have a real estate website that needs to be completed.

? Review the overall design and make any small improvements (this concept in general was accepted by the client so could not be a major change ? But somehow the design does not seem that great )

? we need to develop and finalize the inside pages as well as the search page (search page is actually one of the most important since it is the main tool that visitors will use ) the search feed comes from IDX

i have attached links and screen shots ( the screenshot contains further design adjustments)
