We currently have an idea for a property rental website, it requires an
online booking system for several properties, all with different
landlords. We want to be able to create a system which notifies the
landlord if there property has been booked for a certain date and we also
want the landlord to have control over the properties they have on the
website (eg. block out particular bookable dates etc.).
We also want to be able to process payments through the website, which
can then be passed onto the landlords who use us as a 'middle man' advertisement and
booking system for short term and holiday rentals service.
the kind of website we are looking for is one with a similar system as websites such as [login to view URL],

Basically a system which gives the freedom for users (private landlords and/or agencies) the ability to add properties to the website and then for customers to have the ability to book dates or holiday, short and long term rentals.
