CRM Custom Customer Relation Management Script

Needs to have

Online Database off our customers

Able to add order details

and other info like last time we spoke with them

Search for customers by

Name, city, product bought etc... all options required

Be able to send email to specific customers selected by search

eg: item bought... send them out a email with new offers

Payment details of the client

eg: if they are paying off a item we need to be able to add details

of the dates they paid for and send out email payment reminders

to the client if they dont pay buy a certain date.... and also notify

us of outstanding payments. With details of how much they owe

and when they did the payments and how

Option to upload a file and give the client a email with a special link

for them to download the file and then log that they have downloaded

the file with ip and time of download.... (also would send out the client

a special download password so we know only they can download it)

need it to link to our webiste so when somebody signs up it takes

that data and adds it to our crm program you will write.

we also need to own the script that you create and have full access to it

so we can modify it if needed...
