I want to build website to find couple to getting married. Adding to this will have a blog with information related to couples and relations to better find the soulmate. The website should have tools to advertise (slides, banners, etc.) a book about the theme I have written but I also I will have affiliates ads.

About personal items (like my book and others related products) I need also a landing page to pay online

About the couple finding service it will be free to use it but will have aditional paying tools to better screen the prospects. Of course the website will need a way to pay online.

The website should offer different languages interface. The similar website I am interested in is like [login to view URL] but I better like [login to view URL] because has other features that [login to view URL] doesn't.

I will need a movile application to use with iPhone, Android and Black Berry interfaces.

Because our partners and I are beginning in this job we like to have a expertise freelancer becasuse we like to have some advice to better do the website to generate money.
