Design Landing Page based on Photoshop layered PSD

GOAL:

Create fully functional landing page based on Photoshop layered PSD design.

SPECIFICS:

I need this design to be fleshed out into a fully functional landing page. I don't want you to just cut this up and place it as chunks of images. It needs to be set up with proper divs, img tags, title tags, fonts, text colors, and hover properties.

The top header links must have a blue hover block effect and change the text color when the cursor hovers over it. Also the all the fonts throughout this whole lander must match exactly. Make them links and point them to href="#".

The main image must be separated from the green "FREE" banner image, this means you must layer that green "FREE" image over the main game image using proper z-index numbering. The main image should be a link. Point the link to href="#" for now.

The yellow stars can remain as a single image, no need to make them into a functional rating.

The Game Specifications & Requirements must be coded as a list.

The DOWNLOAD GAME NOW button should be its own image as well. Also make it a link and point it to href="#" for now.

The light blue texture behind the main top portion should be a thin sliced image which x-repeats and the small gradient lines of white to blue to white (above and below the light blue texture) must be included. I'm not sure how to do that but I hope you will know how to accomplish that in an efficient manner so that we don't have too many big image file sizes.

The three supporting images must be individual images as well, and they don't need to be clickable.

The bigger green button should be created using a span (or whatever) with a green button image stretched across the proper width, and the text must be real text (that I can edit in the html) placed over that button area. This way I can change the text of the button by editing the html.

Then make that paragraph below the big green button into its own div and paragraph.

Finally create the footer with clickable links all pointing to href=#". No need for any color changing hover effects. Also the grey texture above the blue background should be made into a small image and just x-repeated (to save on file size+ loading time).

Also include any and all shadow effects necessary to recreate the exact look as the photoshop design (the blue Truckminator title, download button text all have a kind of lowered effect).
