Co worker on advanced media Player

I need to be able to playback swf (Shockwave files) from vb.net and I already have a OCX that plays back a lot of media (wmv, mpg, bmp, jpg, gif etc.) and I need shockwave functionality in this OCX as well.
Further more I need a new co-worker (supplier) when it comes to implementing a advance media player in directshow and c++. So if you are a experienced 3 years (+) and would like to take on multiple project where you will work on directshow, C++ and [url removed, login to view] then please contact me and lets have a talk about it. The gold is to achive to build a perfect media player (ocx component) that plays (mpg, mpg2, wmv (HD), bmp, png, tiff, swf etc... ).
The part you will focus on in this project is swf file playback (and hopefully a lot of other file formats in the long run - not in this project)
One other thing we are multiple developers on this project so you will of course be good at integrating the projects with other peoples work (documentation etc.).
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional OCX component (part of already existing OCX) for playing back swf (shockwave files).
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition (OCX reference condition)
a) The OCX is to be used in [url removed, login to view] and we are working in visual studio so it will work in this environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
