I need an experience Wordpress programmer to code (with comments) a complete Wordpress theme for me. The theme should have the following specifications:

Pet - Veterinarian style. A good example of theme is this one:

• The administration panel will have options like: General, Header, Footer, Background, Typography, Styling, Shortcodes Styling, Blog, Portfolio, Social Sharing Box, Social Links, Slideshows, ThemeFusion Slider, Elastic Slider, Lightbox, Contact, Sidebar, Custom CSS, Backup

• Completely coded in HTML5 and CSS3

• Compatible with all browsers

• Retina Ready, Ultra-High Resolution Graphics

• Beautiful CSS3 animations on buttons, images and transitions

• Compatible with Wordpress 3.8 and Wordpress 3.7

• Responsive Design using a grid system

• Ability to include SEO meta-tags, on each post//page

• Ability to add custom CSS code through Administration Panel

• Embed YouTube, Dailymotion, Vimeo or Selfhosted videos in the posts

• Choose your fonts from more than 100+ Google API Fonts.

• Ability to insert Google Analytics code, through Administration Panel

• Custom widgets: Advertisement, Contact Form, Google Map, Custom Recent Posts, Social network links, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr

• Shortcodes: Video, Buttons, Typography, Toggle, Tabs and Accordions

• 3 different Blog layouts

• Portfolio grid layout, that can be filtered with category

• Beautiful picture gallery, in the style of the theme

• Supports for all major Browsers

• Includes Elastic Slider and Themefusion Slider

• qTranslate and WPML compatible

• Unlimited Color Options / Skins with Backend Color Picker

• Full Color Customizations – change every element with ease including shortcodes

• Choose from 4 pre-defined color skins, or ability to customize colors

For this work I will provide all the animal/pet images necessary, as well as the Logo.

I will also provide the main colors of the 4 predefined color skins.
