I need someone who can help me create a payment form on my website, which currently runs off of Godaddy's website builder.

The language in which you create the form does not matter.

I need the form to be able to store the persons credit card information, and put the amount of the item that they purchased on hold on my stripe account. This way, I can simply charge them the full amount whenever I am ready.

Also, the form needs to be able to store the persons information which they manually type in the boxes. For example, I have a box saying "Full Name", and then they type in the box "Bob Smith". This information needs to be somehow sent to me everytime a person places an order.
