PR= Page Rank (if you do not know what this is please do not bid on the project)

<nofollow> href tag (if you do not know what this is please do not bid on the project)

On you desktop you would have a user interface that asks you to “browse?? the local computer for a list of web pages. User can select a list of pages to analyze (can select multiple pages). User would also enter the URL of the root directory for the pages to be analyzed.

The software would then go out and gather the PR for all of the outbound links on a given page then add a <nofollow> html tag to any link then is below the selected threshold and then re-save the document.

User can select a PR threshold 0-10 in the interface. If PR is less then a PR2 then add <nofollow> tag to that individual link. Then save the page.

Prior to running the software you can pick a different file to save the pages down to so that you do not overwrite the original pages.

Should use a Google API key code.

Should also use an adjustable throttle to pull back the PR of the different pages.

At the end it should list all the links that the nofollow was added to and another list of all the links that did not get the nofollow tag added.

Software should be able to run on 100 pages or less.

How this would be used:

On reciprocal linking pages you could use this tool to add <nofollow> tags to a list of page or pages to any link that does not meet your PR criteria.

Should work on Windows XP
