convert warcraft 3 map into online game

I would like a multi-player game made based on a warcraft 3 map tower defense. Its fairly simple, the complex part being that i want to integrate multiple users, and change it slightly. The premise is that you have a green field bad guys walk down, and you build towers to kill them before they reach the bottom. In a multi-player version, instead of coming back to the top if they pass through, they go on to the next guy. I would like this to allow more than 2 players at a time, maybe 4-5 max. The game will play almost very similarly to this one [url removed, login to view] The attached img shows a map overview. I'd like the game to include a game lobby where users can chat and select who is playing. Also, I would like a single player mode, which has the enemies simply loop back into the one players space. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
