Ajax, Javascript and PHP programmer's needed to Upgraded my Upload system

I'm looking for Ajax/PHP 'expert' with clean coding to upgrade my site upload system. You must also be able to write fluent English and understand it well as there is going to be a lot of discussion going and I do not wish to give myself more trouble. Also, bidder must be familiar with subdomain as I want to move all download/upload process to a new server(I have more to ask you question regarding this).
I'll send more info via PM to potential provider, so I'm keeping it short to point form:
- Separate upload into 5 different form (site have 5 category).
- Each upload form will have its own limitation such as file size, extension...etc. (changes must be implemented to backend & frontend)
- Ability to upload multiple file (similar to Gmail file attach).
- Move all these process to a new server using subdomain.
- Form must be able to detect duplicated title directly.
