Design of a site for a very small record label just starting out. We need a place to show music, artists, and so on. Ideally the site would have flash-animation elements, the splash page would be flash based as well.

We have our colors, logo and such already designed, so this isn't for a designer, but someone who can take what we have, and work with our design parameters to create what it is we're after. We'd prefer the data stored in a MySQL database, so that adding new tracks/samples/CDs to the site is a simple process and doesn't require manual HTML editing. We'd also prefer if the site is XML/XSLT powered - so that all templates/etc are in XML with an XSLT stylesheet to translate to HTML/XHTML by PHP - but this isn't a strict requirement.
