bugs fix - Ajax, PHP

1) Fixing bugs related to remembering the last IU (user interface) look and settings (by using a cookie) for users. The implementation needs to be changed from saving the cookie into db at new page load to saving the cookie into db at the [url removed, login to view] file as well as on closing the browser window/tab and on the user simply leaving the website (top domain).

The fix also includes removing approx. two hard coded variables and the DHTML windows if they are on top of each other do not get displayed properly on user re-logon - the one window on top goes to the back for some reason.

2) A <div> tag is not being refreshed properly upon form submission (form submission by ajax works 100% though).

A knowledgeable programmer can have these two issues done very quickly.
