Looking for a long-term relationship company to develop my classified and banner ad site.
In the site we have a classified ad session that similar to craigslist ([url removed, login to view]), kijiji ([url removed, login to view]), gumtree ([url removed, login to view]).
The site also have a banner advertisement system that similar to myspace ([url removed, login to view]).
We also need a backend Admin management system to deal with member, ad, and payment.

Bidder needs to have very strong JavaScript/AJAX experience. It is a plus if you had developed a classified ad site.
the phase-1 already was completed, click the link: [url removed, login to view] to see what is completed in phase-1.
You need to continue work on the current site and complete part 1 and part2 below:
part 1: classified and banner ad. paymant goes through PalPal only.
part 2: member bonus management.
Note:
Almost all documents are ready.
You could start develop now.
bug free before payment.
You do not need to rush you to complete the project in a short time. working 2 or 3 days per week is enough.
Budget is $1,000. High quality is required. After completing the site I also need to have one copy site, but different language. the budget is also $1,000.
HAVE TO have well comments in your codes.
HAVE TO develop your scripts in my designated site. I will test it from the site.
HAVE TO (strongly require) reduce web server load as could as possible by using JavaScript and AJAX in web browser.
HAVE TO have high quality pages.
Payment method:
--- No money paid in advance,
--- Will pay 30% of total after completing part 1: classified and banner ad.
--- Will pay the rest 70% of total after completing part 2 and the site goes public.
The site will be installed in Linux based system.
