Need a web based application which can import Excel or CSV files then parse, validate, and export records into different csv files or MySql database for import into master database and/or further record scrubbing.
The application should allow the user to browse and select a Excel, CSV or TXT file from their computer and import the record into a temporary database run a series of validation routines described in the attachment.
Most files imported will have a single row of column headings that the user can review and delete columns as necessary. However, one file type will have a first row of headings and a second row of subheadings for the data similar to those in the attachment. These columns need to be parsed into separate files for further processing.
Both the scrubbed data and the errors need to be viewable on specific screens and exportable as CSV.
