Create database backend with simple CMS and department categories

My client is a medical hospital and we are displaying the bio information for all of the doctors and their related departments.

i'm attaching the screens for the design. Need to convert these into database-driven pages with a simple management console for the client to update.

Key things are:

Department Page

Doctor Bio page

Department Menu

Search doctor by name or special interest

home page with fade-in, fade-out bio pictures.
