I'm looking for a developer that can take my wireframes + PSD designs and build a custom wordpress theme. The site must be developed using the Foundation 5 framework and will require custom javascript for some of the functionality. The layout is a full-screen responsive framework that will be optimized for retina and touch displays.
There are only a few templates for the site but will require flexibility. (Functional Spec Coming Soon)
