We have a CMS website, and want to add a page where our members can enter their contact information into form fields (and one question that has a drop down menu), and then all that information will be sent to us via email. The front end of the page has been set up (the form fields and questions), but the coding has not. We need this coding to be set up so that when people enter their information it is emailed to us correctly.
