I need someone to create a way where if someone makes a payment to my video website I automatically receive $1.00 of it via pay pal and the video owner, actor, etc, receives the rest via pay pal. Pay Pal does have an Adaptive? Pal API that does this but I don't know how to put it? on my site or if it would even work.? Basically a split payment. I also need someone to look at my website files to make other suggestions on improving it and completing it. Thank you very much.? The website language is php and mssql.
