CakePHP Programmers Required For New Design Implementation Project

I already have a fully functional website running on CakePHP.

I'm planning to redesign this. THIS IS NOT A DESIGN PROJECT - I will get the new CSS/HTML template from another party. This project will need to work on this -

1. Homepage : This page basically contains a HTML form. Need to put the code into the new design template.

2. Second Page : This is a very small page that will basically contain a 'Thank you for submitting. Here is the result you want' kind of a text and a link. Besides, it has an ad or two. Nothing major in this page either.

3. Third page : This is primarily where you will need work. The current page is in an iFrame that extends to the entire height/width of the screen. I want to change this. The new design will have the iFrame portion in a smaller width/height. Besides this, there will be other open-source commenting scripts, ad units, etc. on the page.

- For clarity purpose, imagine this page to look like a YouTube video link. The iFrame will occupy the video slot. Beneath this, you will have things like 'number of views',etc. (PS: The number of views does not exist in the current layout). Clicking on 'View in Full screen' will use a DHTML popover to expand the iFrame to the entire width of the screen. I already have found open source scripts for this. So, it may be either tweaked or you can build your own script. There is another minor job required with a tab, but I think I can explain it when we discuss further. (The content of the tab already exists..You just need to put it there).

I do not have a huge budget. So please bid conservatively.
