I require a Safety Management System to be written and launched. ( this is only advice for this project)
I am unsure what would be the best method to deliver this service to my clients and the process to launch it.
the system needs:
1. to be accessible online
2. needs to have auto processing for subscribers including payments
3. admin and user access with individual log in (possible encrypted) I think like a CRM
4. needs to have auto forms which can collect data and transform into graphs (eg. incident reports which show a graph of number of incidents)
5. easy to upload and/or edit forms, documents etc.
I have added an idea for a main page which give a little idea of what I can see the client view.
What I need is a list of options (minimum of 4) and their processes to host a safety system. eg intranet, cloud, CRM etc
In the options I need:
1. the type and name of option
2. the functionality of the option
3. how to host and deliver the system to my clients
4. requirements eg: other supporting programs or hardware like servers, computer requirements etc
5. anything else that would be relevant to setting up from scratch to launching the option
6. a estimate of costs(in Australian dollars) for each option
