I require someone to build me a 3-Step Website that has the following abilities:

- Entering of multiple URL's

- (A) Auto Submit each Link to a list of 15 Search Engines

- (B) Submitting these URL's to a list of 250 Ping Services

- (C) Automatic Backlink Creation & Ping for each URL at ~2500 Info/Statistics/About Websites

- Detailed Status / Progress Indicator of all tasks (Showing Status of Success/Failure on each submission)

- Allow for multiple Threads

- Preferably build upon Wordpress Architecture (CAPTCHA Protection, Register/Login, etc.)

I'm seeking for an experienced coder who is able to do this successfully at a low rate.
