Create Ajax auto refresh history php page from DB

I need a php script with ajax that will do the following:
Take the data from the DB table attached to this project
extract those data into a page to be visually for visitor:
an ajax function that will refresh the data every seconds and add new data if present without refreshing the entire page.
Data should be presented and ordered by latest timestamp.
on the viewing page the data need to be presented as follow in a table: (show only the latest 10 transactions)
Hash Time amount
The time need to be showing how long was it done, example if the timestamp is 12:00:00 and present time is 12:00:30 it should mention "30 seconds ago"...then 1 min...etc...
Use the attache mysql table to get data from it.
Then user should be able to click on the hash or amount and be directed on another page with reference on header of hash.
No need to create the other page I have it already. I will just need to adjust it for your reference.
