Create video player suitable for iPlayer

Hello,

I have a series of videos that I'd like to be combined into one interactive video.

The video needs to play and then at a certain point stop and ask the user two questions; for example 'would you like to continue?' or 'would you like another example?'. If the viewer picks yes then it plays a video if they click no then it plays a different video. This needs to happen around 4 times per video. I have outlined a process on the attached presentation slide.

I don't mind how the video/player is created (I'm guessing flash will be appropriate) but the videos much be able to play on an ipad. I understand it's possible to do this using packer for iphone (

[url removed, login to view]) but I'm happy to review alternative suggestions to solve this problem.

I also need the video/player to be made in such a way that I can switch over the videos at a later date. I expect to use the same process of combining a series of videos for other projects.

I will make my decision on who to award the project to on Monday 4th April 9am GMT and will provide the videos on this date. I need the project to be finished on Friday 8th April 5pm GMT.
