Design WordPress Page to List PDF files stored in my FTP Directory

I am looking for someone to help me with the design/configuration of my WordPress website. The goal for this website is to allow paid subscribers to download PDF files on a daily basis as they become available. I am using the free version of the S2Member plugin as my download subscription management software..
Right now, I have a computer at home that automatically uploads a PDF file to my FTP site. The PDF file is stored in a S2Member Secured Folder. What I need is for someone to help me create a Subscriber Download Page that will on a daily basis sync with my S2Member Secured Folder and automatically update the Subscriber Download Page with the most recent, new PDF file. Old PDF files will not be deleted from this page. I want the most recent PDF File at the top of the page and the oldest PDF file to be at the very bottom. I would also like to see if there is a way to notify the subscribers that the Subscriber Download Page has been updated with a new PDF File.
