Design 2 mortgage lead gen sites

We would like 2 basic mortgage / loan / refinance web sites developed that will be used for generation of new mortgage leads.

This project is to design and develop the web sites and to get them ranked (via SEO) in msn and yahoo.

We are testing out a new lead management system so you do not need to develop any lead management capabilities. This project is for the web site design and implementation itself and for getting the site ranked in msn and yahoo so that we can test out the new lead management system.

You do not need to implement the forms for collecting the user data - these are supplied by the lead management system. You do need to create the sites, create some original content for the sites, and implement some basic mortgage, refinance, and loan calculators for the sites.

When you bid we can provide you with the domain names for our sites. When you bid, please provide examples of sites you have previously developed. If you have developed other mortgage / loan / refinance web sites, that is a plus.

Skills required: ability to design and implement web sites and to get the sites ranked in yahoo and msn search engines.

## Deliverables

You must:

a) Deliver the fully designed and implemented sites to me in a ZIP file

b) Upload the completed sites to my server

c) Implement mortgage / refinance / loan calculators for the sites

d) Create original graphics and content for the sites

e) Provide all original work

f) Get the sites ranked in msn and yahoo for some mortgage, refinance, and/or loan related terms.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
