Adsense Website WANTED Earning $150/monthly with proof

We want adsense ready profitable website, however we also use (CJ, infolinks and other affiliates ...etc) to be developed that makes $150 + per month in adsense. We would recommend SEO based topic but its up to you. We have about 38 projects of similar kind of websites, this is our first project to be get developed through freelancer. We did a few sites in the past and they are very successful.

We also need somebody well familiar with SEO and we are willing to pay monthly for continuous SEO service.

We provide the domain and web hosting (Linux Based), but domain name should be suggested by you as per the content of the website.

You are responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. Website should be developed in one of CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal as per your choice).

Site must follow the following :

- Contain unique content and 80 unique posts/articles that are not published yet

- Must be original and SEO applied

- Must earn $5 + for one month

- Joomla/WordPress/Drupal based (preferred automated)

- Any niche but not following: adult, Pharma, violence, gambling

- All copyrights belong to me

- Must contain related images to niche topic

- Design must be clean

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Must have verified Adsense, Kontera, Infolinks, Adonion accounts

We will pay the amount of bid only when I see that constant income is coming. The regular winner should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you grow traffic to website.

• Show us the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked, revenue from adsense, revenue from kontera, revenue from infolinks and revenue from adonion

• Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own)

All the bidders must be professional. If you are not professional your bid is not accepted.
