I need a system where I can send a unique code to my eBay customer as soon as the payment has cleared. The codes need to be sourced from a database as they cannot be dynamically generated. The codes need to be sent via email, and if 2 or more items are purchased, 2 or more codes need to be sent with a guarantee the same code cannot be sent twice.

It will need a professional looking template email.

I want PayPal IPN to be used for this system as PayPal will be the customers only payment option.

I will give a more detailed brief to the winning bidder.
