Looking for a Developing Company/Individual that can offer us a complete package to develop this project, ideally good English Speakers!
We require;
There will be registered users (RU) through an admin panel, which will be in-putted/verified manually by our company staff. Then there will be Temporary Users (TU) whom will come to the site to dispose of their 'goods'. TU will be the customer looking to get the maximum for what they are selling, they will fill out a form, with e-mail address, have an option to add a picture, and important details to value their goods and send it off. This form will be time dependant, and have limited lifespan, maximum 1 day. In this one day the RU will be alerted/notified to this new submission accros mulitple platforms and respond with their offer(this is the main use of mobile phone applications). The best offer at the end of the time frame (day or 12 hour selection made) will then be e-mailed and displayed in their login area of the site of the TU with a link to retrieve the details of RU. (The details of each user are not viewable by either users until this point) At this point, details of TU are e-mailed to RU once link is clicked/confirmed. The best way to describe the site as a whole is an informal tender bidding site, which provides the TU with maximum cash, while generating new business for RU.
The Mobile phone App is only to be used by RU. App wanted to work on iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BB10.
Mobile App will be a login to RU 'dashboard' which will also 'notifiy' them of goods matching their criteria arriving to the database. They can then make an offer through the app and this should instantaneously update the TU's live feed list of incoming prices.
We also require a full website design to go along with the actual application as well. We would like to go with the popular Flat Design, which we think its fresh an easy on the eye, some examples can be find on this link:-
