I need a web designer (s) developer (s) to help me take my client (accountants) to the next level.
Here is the situation:
I need a designer who has a good eye for page dividers on the webpage that bring out the best in the company.
To add to that a great colour scheme. I need it to look web 2.0 like, i need a fresh new modern feel.
It would also be helpful if the chosen designer also has some 'stock' images for the business and financial market
I need the site to be WS3/CSS valid as well.
