Corporate Website/Design-Complete

I need a new corporate website. Only 5-10 pages, nothing super fancy or comoplicated. It is mainly used as a "holding" company for a nubmer of other companies and is the company that i use for all my affilite programs, I have a number of them set up in all and need a central location (company) to register them with, they are then marketed and used in a nubmer of differnet websites and for a number of differnt companies.
I only need some static "professional" pages with links and to content, ie About Us, Services, Related "Sister" compaines, affiliates, contact. I have a basic idea located here [url removed, login to view], i need it finshed and so that it is easy for the non-web programer/developer. it needs to be easy to modify and made additions and modifications. Prefer to use css and template system. Must be able to modify or edit using frontpage or dreamweaver. Some type of Flash enter would be nice, but not required.
