Customized Mantis Bug-Tracker

I'm looking for a customized Mantis Bug-Tracker with additional features added, and some taken out.

We're not going to be using it solely as a Bug-Tracking system, but as a website project management tool with bug tracking, change requests, feature requests, etc...

The initial contact form must be able to be submitted by anybody as it will be a project request form. It will then create a project in mantis. That person will then have to verify their email address (if they don't already have an account with us) so they can add 'tickets' or 'issues' to the project after creation.

The whole thing from initial project request form to the logging in must be able to be embedded into any website. Likely via API of some sort. We're going to be marketing our content design to customer facing businesses, so the businesses we're partnering with need to be able to embed this into their site regardless if the site is hosted with us or not and have it pull all the information from our site.

Custom templates (views) will need to be created for both our customers (the businesses we're partnering with) and for their customer. And some find & replace word changes which Mantis is currently using.
