- Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently

- SEO Marketing as required

- I do not have any preference with regards to niche, you make the suggestions for a top paying adsense niche as well

as domain names and all relevant information. I will register and find hosting accordingly and provide you with the information to start building the website.

- All copyrights will be assigned to me once completed the project

- Must contain related images to niche topic in every article.

- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads

- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)

- Must Be Adsense optimized

- Have my Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as Adsense.

- I will provide you with my Adsense information.

- You must be able to guarantee consistent income $100 plus for at least 6 months.

- Winner will need to give me a regular update on the process of the work

I will hold the payment for the testing period until I see the revenue in my AdSense account.

No partial payments. Bid with milestones will be ignored.
