acer iconia touch contract website

hello

i need a website that will be secure where i can log in from my iPad or touch tablet, this website will allow me to press a button to create a new client witch will include there name, phone number, address, email, and also when under the clients profile you will need to be able to create a new new contract, once i am in the contract i will need an area where it needs a signature, for there to be a spot where they can draw there signature on the touch pad and it wil save there signature, i also need text input fields in some areas. once the contract has been completed it needs to be saved as the project name. and emailed to me and the client and saved on the web server as pdf

also on the website i need a area where i can view and print the completed contracts.

i mainly need this so i can get signatures on the job for the contracts,
