I need a website where employers can log in to post contracts and receive bids from different contractors who are also registered. The contractors will register with us and choose the categories of bids for which we will send them alerts(email and SMS). They will be required to make monthly payments to be able to see the full details of the contract(after using for 5 months). Users can subscribe to receive alerts. Rss feed, automatic social posting, sms verification, private messaging system. users can sign in through linkedin or facebook. they can sign up based on membership categories. Employer's page should provide a way they can sort project bids based on an already set criteria they can also be able to view all uploaded documents under different pre-set requirements either scanned or typed and make comments or recommendations on the sorted bidders.
