Asterisk and .NET Automated Phone Calls

Here is the deal. I am fairly knowledable about Asterisk and am currently running 2 trixbox CE 2.2 phone servers with Digium t1 cards and built in hardware echo cancelors. Phone systems work great.

I am also building a very large online permitting application on a dedicated server with an IP sec tunnel between the dedicated server and the network with the phone systems. The web server is Windows 2003 Ent with MS Sql installed on it.

The application is being built in MS SQL with asp.net 2.0 vb.net.

I am pressed for time and I would like to use my asterisk phone system to be used for some automated phone calls from the online permitting application.

I dont need a full application written. All I am looking for is some working example code that works on the 2 systems then I'll take over from there and tweak it to do what I need.

Here is all I would ask for you to acheive on my system for payment:

1. For a person to call the asterisk system (I can give you your own DID to play with) and enter a known primary key number when prompted by the phone system. After entering, a sql string is run to the ms sql server that returns a string. That string is read back to the user on the phone.

2. A .NET sumbit event is from from a web page which triggers a sql statement to grab some string along with a predefined phonenumber all from a table. Those strings are then passed to the phone system which auto dials the phone number and reads the string to the answeree upon their answering the phone. Values should be written back to the database if the phone was answered or not, time answered, and have a way to auto retry a certain number of times.

I just need to get these 2 situations working as a hypothetical event on my already existing equipment which I can then modify and tweak as I need.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
