Client App for Alexa Web Information Service

We need a client application to extract a list of websites from the Alexa Web Information Service regularly (see api description attached). Any programming language is fine as long as we can run the app on a windows xp machine with internet connection.

In order to extract the information, there are two steps needed:

1) extract a list of the top 10.000 sites ranked by traffic (using alexa top sites web service)

2) add additional information to each extracted url (using Alexa Web Information Service)

The input to the application will be:

1) Billing:

- Our Access Key ID:

- Our Secret Access Key:

2) Rank of websites that we want to extract:

- e.g. from 1 to 10.000

3) Data that we want to extract for each website. (UrlInfo Operation) Checkboxes that allow to select which data we get:

- Categories

- Rank

- Rank By Country

- Traffic

- etc...

The extracted list with all information should be presented as a file that we can open with excel. (see sample)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
